Delivery & Returns


Dispatch of stocked items will normally be within 3 working days; this may be longer during busy periods.

If you have ordered a bespoke built item, you will be advised on ordering when you can expect your item to have been built and dispatched, this is normally no longer than 14 days.

Items up to 2kg will be dispatched using Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class and larger items will be dispatched with UPS Tracked and signed for.

Delivery is free on all orders to mainland UK. For Highlands and Ireland please contact us for a postage quote.


We get it, sometimes you have purchased something you would like to return. We accept returns of unused items ONLY, subject to a few rules outlined below.

All items must be returned in original packaging within 30 days if you wish to receive a full refund.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for unwanted items after 30 days from date of purchase.

Items that have been attempted to be fitted will NOT be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Bespoke built orders are not eligible for a full refund, you will receive a refund on the items that are reusable in another build. This can range from one build to another.

Returns Process

Once your return is received, inspected, and tested where necessary we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the return is approved or rejected.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 7-10 working days.

If rejected the item will be returned to yourself without a refund.

Sale items

Purchases of sales items are final.

Only full priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us so, please make sure they are packaged up properly and are returned via a trackable courier service as we cannot be accountable for any losses.
